Rich Joker runs richjoker.co, a members-only XAUUSD (gold) trading signal app. This page explains what we collect and why. Questions or removal requests: admin@richjoker.co.

What we collect

• When you register through a membership link: your name, email and phone number.
• Your access key and its expiry date, so you can log in to the member app.
• If you turn on notifications: a push subscription for your device, used only to send signal alerts.

What we never ask for

We never ask for your broker login, trading account password, bank details, card details or email password. Your access key is issued by us and only unlocks the Rich Joker member app. If anyone asks you for those details in our name, do not share them and contact us.

How we use it

• To issue your access key and manage your membership (renewals, expiry reminders).
• To contact you about your membership.
• To send signal notifications you have switched on.

We do not sell your details, and we do not store card or bank details.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep your details while you are a member and for record keeping afterwards. Email us to have your details removed; turning off notifications in the app removes your device subscription.
